Android Device Email Setup

This article will show you how to setup your NanoServers Internet Email on an Android Device.

1. Open the Email App (this is the default Android mail app)

2. Enter your email address.

3. Enter the password for that email account (You can check Show Password to ensure you have typed it correctly).

4. Click Manual Setup, you will be taken to the following screen.

5. Choose IMAP account. You will then be taken to the following screen.

• Enter your Email Address
• Enter Username (this is the same as your Email Address)
• The password should already be filled in, if not please enter it again
• Enter IMAP server as mail.domain.com (ex. mail.nanoservers.net)
• Leave Security type as None
• Leave Port as 143

6. Hit Next and you will be taken to the following screen

• Enter SMTP server as smtp.domain.com (ex. smtp.nanoservers.net)
• Leave Security Type as None
• Leave Port as 587
• Make Sure Require sign-in is checked
• If the Username is not already filled out, please input your Email address
• If the Password is not already filled out, please input your Password

Congratulations! You are now setup to check your email on your Android Device.
