For all accounts, we send out an invoice (or a notice of upcoming invoice) prior to the accounts due date, just to be sure you are aware of it. If you are on automatic billing, nothing is needed--well debit your card automatically and send you a receipt by email.
If there are any problems charging your card, well also let you know, so be sure to keep an eye out for emails from billing@nanoservers.net confirming your payment status.
